Lammas Blessings! Lammas, celebrated on 1 August in the northern hemisphere, marks the beginning of the harvest season. Also known as Lughnasad, it is a time to prepare and share traditional foods that reflect the bounty of the land – such as bread, cheese, apples, berries and corn – and to give gratitude for the crops.
