Medea’s Weekly Tonic for Mind Body & Soul: Fearless

When I sat down to work on this post, I was guided to a tune by Paul Johnson and mixed by Daz-I-Kue, called Fearless. In order to be fearless, one must be able to confront one’s own fears. Yet people don’t really want to look at their fears, even when it stops them from living the life that truly belongs to them. The joke is that many of the things that people fear are based on illusions. When they see it for what it truly is, they are then able to break the cycle. But they have to get there first – that is choosing to be aware of what the issue is so they can do something about it. Each and everyone of us are warriors and have the ability to root out problems no matter how “complex” they appear. Be bold, be fearless, be free.
