Tune of the Day for Wednesday 12 August 2020: Action! by De La Soul

Some motivation and inspiration today from De La Soul with Action. Action! is a reminder that we are constantly in action and that there is never a moment when we are not in action. Even when we appear to be physically sitting down, it is more than likely that we are very much in action spiritually and energetically. As the chorus goes: “Ooh this thing is physical, ooh this thing is virtual, Move, get up, time to go, move, get up, time to roll, Ooh this thing is magical, ooh this thing is actual, Move, get up, time to go, move, get up time to roll, A-C- (action) -T-I- (action) -O-N- (action), let it all begin”. Action today may also involve clearing the pathway of energies that attempt to turn your action into inaction, and that very simple action calls for asking that your higher mind block anything and everything that doesn’t belong to her or him. Done deal!

Tune of the Day is a new divinatory series here on my blog where I share some musical vibes. Music is a very powerful tool with numerous messages to be gleaned from a tune, whether it’s got vocals on it or it’s purely instrumentals. It also has massive healing benefits too.

Whether you have an ear for music or are simply looking for divination of a different medium altogether, music most certainly moves us and offers guidance. And just like with tarot and any other form of divination, music will have different meanings to different readers or in this case listeners. With each Tune of the Day I provide a general overview of some of the messages I’ve got from the track, but of course you may listen to it and get different signs or symbols. Enjoy!
