T’ung Jen (Fellowship), Hexagram 13 – T’ung Jen refers to fellowship and organisation. A group effort is required in order to bring about sucess – whether that’s via a community or organisation. Being open is important to the fellowship, as any distrust or suspicion will hinder all progress. While there is going to be many personalities, be sure to settle any differences as it is important that each member of the group trusts each other to ensure success.
