Chen (The Arousing), Hexagram 51 – Chen represents a time when one may come face-to-face with fear. Chen urges one to be aware of habits and patterns, and put an end to these in order to overcome that fear or fears even. This will allow one to come out of the situation better for it and to become better aligned with one’s purpose.
